Standard rate: Charged hourly
For standard, low-impact bookings such as meetings, classes and small gatherings.
Available for single & recurring bookings.
Social Event rate: Fixed cost
For gatherings where food, additional setup and cleaning are involved.
Children’s Party rate: Fixed cost
For supervised children’s birthday parties held on Saturdays or Sundays.
Commercial/Business rate: Charged hourly
For commercial, profit-making or business-led activities not primarily community-based.

It does not apply to celebration-style or social events.
