‘Can I hire the hall?’
Hopefully, yes! Our hall is a shared community space and is available for a range of respectful, well-managed bookings. To ensure the comfort of neighbours, the safety of users, and the long-term care of the building, we operate clear guidelines on permitted use. We therefore welcome bookings that align with the hall’s community focus and safeguarding responsibilities.

Why We Have These Guidelines

Minimise disruption to neighbours
Maintain a safe environment for children and families
Protect the building from excessive wear and tear
Ensure fair and consistent use for all hirers
All bookings are assessed against these principles and applied consistently regardless of the nature of the occasion.
