‘Can I hire the hall?’

Hopefully, yes! Our hall is a shared community space and is available for a range of respectful, well-managed bookings. To ensure the comfort of neighbours, the safety of users, and the long-term care of the building, we operate clear guidelines on permitted use. Why We Have These Guidelines

The hall is situated in a residential area and is managed by volunteers on behalf of the community. Our policies are designed to:

  • Minimise disruption to neighbours

  • Maintain a safe environment for children and families

  • Protect the building from excessive wear and tear

  • Ensure fair and consistent use for all hirers

All bookings are assessed against these principles and applied consistently regardless of the nature of the occasion.
